Fixed: When you do a refresh on when-to-watch/MyShows, newly downloaded episodes are now added to the when-to-watch list.
Fixed: Cancelling (or having an error during) a tvdb download part-way through won't cause the possible situation of the next time you do an update of it not wanting to update the rest of the download you initially skipped.
Fixed: Funny looking minimise in notification-icon only mode
