The biggest change is behind the scenes: the code has been converted from being written in C++ to being in C#. This should make development easier, and also accessible to more people. Hopefully the source code language change hasn't added too many bugs as a result of the semi-automated translation.

- The notify icon text had '2.1' version number in it.[/*:m]
- Missing, rename, thumbnail and NFO checks are all done in one pass, so it is both faster, and NFO/JPG files downloaded will have new renamed-to or moved-to filenames. All the workshould be done in a single pass now.[/*:m]
