Added: confirm on show delete
Added: rule adding/editing, with preview! Select a season in "My Shows", then hit "Edit".
Changed: installer doesn't check for runtime on Vista, as it is installed by default
Changed: shows without a folder changed will be silently ignored for renaming/missing checks
Fixed: refresh wtw on show add/edit/delete
Fixed: exception when adding a new show
Fixed: exception when trying to open a folder for a show who's folder isn't defined
Fixed: can now enter tvdb code by number and use "search" to confirm
