I'm having a slight problem with the program wanting to move/copy shows to incorrect folders. I have series Angel and Dark Angel and the program seems to read them as the same series i.e. wants to move Dark Angel to Angel folder and rename episodes. Any thoughts? BTW, thanks for a really great program

"Dark Angel" is being seen as "Angel" since that word is in it, even though it has something else before it. If I skip anything that has any extra words first, it can then falsely skip downloads that might have some other non-show-name word there .. e.g. if a file is called something like "BBC Doctor Who".
I could do is compare it against other shows you watch, and go for the one that matches the most, e.g. 10 characters for "Dark Angel" vs. 5 for "Angel".
I'll have a look into it later this week, see how that approach goes.
With the lists that come up when you do a rename, missing, or find&organise check, you can select items and hit "Del" on your keyboard to remove them. That way, if its going to do something silly for a couple of episodes, you can remove specific things you don't want it to do and it will only do what's left in the list when you tell it to go.
In the meantime: You might be able to work around it if you get the Dark Angel eps sorted out first (deleting the incorrect actions in the find&organise list for the Angel episodes). The Dark Angel ones will then get moved to where they should be (and out of the way). You can then do a second missing check and find&organise, which will then find the Angel ones correctly, since there won't be any Dark Angels to confuse it. (I think

I ran into this problem with several shows where the episode title included the name of another show. The worst one was house...several different series had House as a word in the episode title (and I didn't catch it when I previewed the organising tab...made a real mess of things).
An option to only count the show name if it is at the beginning would be good. ie, for the show House:
Match: House.s01e01.Pilot
Match: s02e02 House - Another show
Not a Match: MASH s01e03 My House

Good idea and, hopefully, shouldn't be hard to do. It's now on my list.
I had this also with house Er alias the show ER really causes problems as so many shows had the letters er in them.
I had to set each of the shows to not auto rename and just do them manualy for now.
