Not showing recently added episode on thetvdb

Hi,

Genius product, which is why I made a small donation Many thanks for your hard work!

I am having a little trouble getting TVRename to show a new season and episode I have just added on thetvdb.com - Episode 1 of Season 5 of Medium (http://thetvdb.com/?tab=season&seriesid ... 9380&lid=7). The episode is set to air on Feb 2nd 2009.

I have tried force refreshing the show, flushing the cache (to delete all shows) and manually deleting Medium and re-adding it but nothing works. In preferences I have set it to show up to 30 shows (or 100 days), even though I only have about 5 shows in there at the moment.

Any help is appreciated!

I added Medium here and it is working ok. When you open up Medium in My Shows, and click on Season 5, does the episode guide have the episode and airdate there? Also, edit the show, make sure "Show next airdate" is turned on (which is the default).

A force refresh of the show should have worked, and it should be showing in the When to Watch tab. The missing/finding&organising checks won't do anything with it because it's in the future. If you've got a copy of the episode 'early', you'd have to turn on "Missing check for all episodes" when editing the show in My Shows.

If its still not working, can you send me a copy of your settings file? The easiest way is to go to Help->Bug Report. Turn on "Settings files" checkbox at the bottom, turn off the other two options, and hit "Create". You can then copy and paste the result in a PM to me here, or email it to tvrename [at] tvrename.com
