Very weird one - ignore episode 0

Hi again. Just another thing that I have come across. If you attempt to add a rule to ignore an episode 0 (zero) the app will ignore episode 0 and 1. I am guessing there is a confused piece of logic in the system that will assume that the first episode of a season is episode 1? TheTVDB does not have that restriction, so there is sometimes an episode 0 which should probably have been a classed as a special or something.

Example - Robot Chicken, season 1 has an episode 0

Yeah, probably just a quirk in the logic, as I assumed there'd never be an episode 0. I'll have a look into it.

It's possible that that episode on thetvdb should be listed as a special. Still, I'll fix tvrename.

Ignoring of episode #0 now fixed in the latest alpha.
