I think this may be what is causing the program to not rename things some time or create directory. If you have windows explorer open on the same dir that the program is trying to access it does not seem to apply the changes.
like open a show and delete some season folder from it
leave explorer open on that show
then in the tvrename try to click on the season and delete or that show then rescan it.
The only way it seems to work is to close explorer off that window i also closed tvrename and restart it then it would scan the show back in correctly.
I am not sure how much this will affect people it is not to annoying if you know about it first.
