Folder Monitor bug

Ive had a bug thats stopped me using this program for a while now.
I have just sat down and nutted out the problem. Im posting here in the hopes that it might help others with similar issues.

I have used this program in the past extensively. I had a neatly organized folder with.. quite a lot of shows.

Having reformatted the 'support' PC that did my burning/organizing/converting (I have a Linux FreeNAS NAS and a second PC next to it on a gigabit link), i re-installed TVRename to find that it refused to work.
In the interim a lot of unorganized TV shows had been added to the directly. I started having the nasty bug where TVRename decided that my root folder was.. pretty much it and ignored my TV folders regardless of what i did. So if my root folder with my tv shows was 'Z:/Tv/' and it had a bunch of subdirs with TV shows in it, it just showed 'Z:/TV/ - FLAT' as one single TV show and that was it, instead of showing a entire list of shows.

I have just now made a second TV 'sorted folder', and copied my individual TV folder's across in batches of 3-5 at a time. i found that i was then able to narrow down what folders were causing problems and fix them. I now have managed to get a new folder with all my tv shows ready to get organied, without the bug thats been mentioned here previously.
The main issue i found was folders that were messy, like shows that proclaimed 'XXX SEASON 1' in the title or had messy subdirs like 'XXX\ENTIRE SEASON 1'. By renaming the folders individually i have convined TVRename to work.

Hopefully this help people with the same issue, or the Dev with bugfixes. This issue really must be nutted out!
