solved with axe and shovel method.
Strange problem I ran into
another renamer program liked to rename things to 1x1 1x2 instead of 1x01 1x02 so all the shows under 10 did not rename back using tvrename.
Tvrename does not have regex for doing 1x1 files that I can see. I was not sure how to regex for it but I solved with "everything search" and "ant file renamer" to change 1x1 to 1x01 then moved the files to input folder and had tvrename rename them
