IOException causes total failure

Hi,

Just wanted to report that I am having an intermittent problem when tvrename is moving files. My storage is on a network share and it causes IOExceptions at random. It would be great if the app recovered from this error and either just tried again or ignored this files and colored it red in the main window.

i have an issue with io errors also - only its corrupting my tv shows in the process... i have to run a fsck on my array to fix issues after using tvrename - i never have issues otherwise with copying files its just when/after using tvrename
