<id> tag no longer works in YamJ - causes errors

Stuart Wrote to me today.
If you have an id tag in there for a TV series, it assumes that's a ID for the default plugin (TVDB)

You should specific specifically that this is an imdb tag with
<id moviedb="imdb">tt....</id>

This should be fixed in version 2.2.1. Let me know how it goes.
