Since TVDB's offline, I manually inserted an episode at the end of a season. When I run a Scan, that episode doesn't show up missing...
Edit: Actually, what's happening is that the inserted episode doesn't show up in the season list at all.
ex: Season has episodes 1-11. I "Insert" an episode at location 12.
It doesn't show up in the example list.
Edit rule, change location to 11. It shows up before episode 11, which is pushed to 12.
