Renaming Bug

I have a file named:

Scrubs - S06E04 - My House

Tvrename wants to rename it to:

House - S06E04 - Instant Karma

Naturally I have both shows. I figure you can see what the problem is, and that it can have some very undesirable outcomes.

make sure its in the right folder and TVR has the folder settings correct for scrubs and house.
