Double episodes

I don't know if this would be a considered a bug or request, but here it is, when there is double episode and the group has named it like "S05E01E02" the TVRename doesn't detect this as either of the episodes. i thought it would be really cool if you detected something like this then TVRename could automatically add the rule for the double episodes.

ps. I think you are spoiling us with your responsiveness and how fast you implement requested feature. I'm gonna start expecting the same level from all other developers

I'll have a think about automatically detecting multiple episodes, at least when adding them through the folder monitor, but perhaps even with general renaming/missing checks.
