Open from right click broken

Seems that the open from the right click menu doesn't work any more on Alpha 8.
Also a request - can you include the Force Refresh in the right click menu on the My Shows tab - I know that I'm gonna forget the ctrl click

Thanks for pointing that out. It also sometimes puts in an episode to watch in that list as well, which is a bit odd. Putting Force-refresh there is a good idea, too.

Latest version has right-click open fixed and vastly improved when using it on My Shows. Force-refresh also added.
