Did a quick search and couldn't see anything on this, but apologies if it's already been suggested.
One feature I'd find useful would be to flag up any extra files that don't match the latest tvdb listings. For example some of the older shows I have indexed get tidied up/re-arranged from time to time and so files end up all over the place for that show. An option to flag these when you can and possibly move them to a specified 'to sort' folder or something would be helpful.
