Just tried the program, and love especially the "When to watch" tab, no more checking tvrage.com to see when the next episode is available :D ...

To make this program ultimately perfect in my case, and pretty much remove another manual step in my process it would be nice if after moving/renaming it would be able to run/launch a script file with the filename as the path. (Ex: runme.vbs c:\show\season\showname.xxx.episodename.avi)

Reason for it: At the moment I use metaBrowser and Tv Meta Data to capture the tv show information into a Show\season\metadata folder, then I run a script that creates a thumbnail of the show and adds it to the show\season\metadata folder instead of show\season (which is were the media files are housed), once the image is created it modifies the show\season\metadata\showname.xxx.episodename.xml (metadata file) file and replaces the <filename > tag with the location of the newly created jpg which then it is used with Media Browser which is an awesome Windows Vista Media Center plug-in.

Having the ability to launch a script file after moving/renaming the file would open doors for other users to expiriment with post processing of the files (another example if you want to get crazy  , is to have a script that emails you or sends a sms message indicating the show is ready to be watched, you no longer have to check the TV guide again... can't wait for that day)

Now the second feature
which is for the file rename I was able to accomplish it using the "custom show name" field but it would add value to the program if it was part of the "tags" in the file name template editor and that is to have the "ShowName" be the same format as the folder that it saves to.

Ex: Eli Stone
Folder: eli_stone\season 1

I remove all spaces from my show name's folders and add "_" instead, ideally I would like to the same for the season folders but other programs that I use look for the space in the the "season 1" format. I do this mainly for when I want to write a quick script I don't have to worry about spaces breaking the commands.

Well that is it, keep up the good work I've been reading the forums and I'm looking forward to some of the features that you have in store for this program.

thanks

Another way to do that is use xbmc and the media center companion. It works with a remote control if you pc supports one. it will update all the pictures for movie and tv shows and create nfo files with actor info that is stored with the video. If you loose database it is easy to rebuild also.
