uTorrent folder download location

I cannot quite tell from looking at the full user guide and other forum posts. Does tvrename tell uTorrent where to download the files to? For instance I have a folder path HomeVideos/2010/Halloween/ and it already has "Halloween 01" and "Halloween 02" and tvrename notices that "Halloween 03" has come out will it tell uTorrent to download that file to HomeVideos/2010/Halloween/ or is the only option to have uTorrent download to a central location like HomeVideos/Downloads/ and then have tvrename move the file once it searches HomeVideos/Downloads/? and if that is the only way to do it does tvrename have a way to remove torrents from uTorrent once they are done so that it can move/rename them?

I thought you could change the default folder in the uTorrent itself, as well as remove torrents manually from there. Don't really see the point why this could be such a big problem..
