New Version

I just downloaded and played with the new release, and really like the combined scan window, and all the new features. It looks much more streamlined, and easier to use.

A couple quick things I might have missed... Is there a way to sort the results of the scan windows by date? This was a very useful feature in the older versions. Also, is it possible to have it skip the missing directories check when you are only doing a rename? Or maybe even add an option for that in the options?

At the moment, you can't do either of those. There are a few improvements I'd like to make to how that big list works, so I can look into changing the sort order there.

It does make sense to only have the missing directory check happen when you're doing the missing episode check, i.e. not renaming. I'll tweak the logic in the program, and see how it goes.
