Changing drive letters of all shows

I am currently forced to move my 15k plus episodes to another RAID set, but unfortunately this has another drive letter assigned to it.
Is there a quick and easy way to change all the drive/ folder mappings from for example :
j:\series\24\24 season1\*.*
to
e:\series\24\24 season1\*.*

This can be added as a feature later on i guess as well.... but i need the quick work around too. :)

Thx

Use disk management to change your letters around ;) For instance, change your current 'e' to like 'g' then change your 'j' to your 'e' then set your now 'g' to whatever you like. Unless you have other things referencing to 'e' that need to stay there?

The quick workaround for now would to be edit the TVRenameSettings.xml file. Open it in a text editor (notepad would do, if it doesn't explode due to a large settings file with so many shows :)), and search and replace "j:\" to "e:\". You'll find the settings files in:

\Documents and Settings\<username>\Application Data\TVRename\TVRename\2.0\ (Windows XP)
\Users\<username>\AppData\Roaming\TVRename\TVRename\2.0\ (Vista)

Thx!!

I considered the disc management solution, but i have alot of games and documents loaded on the current drive as well, which i dont think will like it alot if i changed the letters around.

I will try and edit the settings file tonight.

Enjoy ur leave Stevee
