2 New Faeatures Please

1. The .Nfo files that are downloaded from the TVDB are missing the Date the premiered which should be a tag like so <premiered>2000-01-01</premiered>. can you please add this?

2. can you enable a way for files that are named with "720p" "BluRay" "EngSub" Etc to keep them in the file? (Maybe a section where we can add custom tags to keep as im not sure how many people like to keep a tag for subtitles in the filename (im a bit OCD lol)

for example a file like so,
Lost.S01E06.720p.Bluray.DTS.Eng.mkv
becomes
Lost.S01E06.House.of.the.Rising.Sun.720p.BluRay.DTS.EngSub.mkv

I like this idea. It would indeed be nice to be able to add certain tags to the filenames. Just my 2 cents.
