Multiple episodes in one file

How do I handle shows like Phineas and Ferb that have more than one episode in each file. For example I have a file named:

Phineas and Ferb S02E02 Interview With A Platypus; Tip of the Day

TV Rename thinks that 'Interview With a Platypus' is S02E03 and 'Tip of the Day' is S02E01

This isn't due to TVRename, but due to the site it gets it's data from: http://www.thetvdb.com/?tab=seasonall&id=81848&lid=7

Normally for double episodes, where an episode has been obtained as a single file but is listed as a two part one you can use the merge function, but in your case it seems more complex as it's episodes 1 & 3.

You may have to manually redefine episodes if you disagree with thetvdb.com's listings, have a look at the User guide it might help: http://tvrename.com/userguide/#addmodifyrule
