Shows with years: search and renaming

Hi. I have a few shows who have the year in their names, such as: Castle (2009); Hawaii-Five-0 (2010), etc. The problem is that I custom changed the shows names to remove the year, and as such, I have to remove the year from the files, or the TVRenamer search won't find the said files. How can I make TVRenamer search for the file, with it including the year, so that I don't have to rename the file manually?

Example:
Custom name: Castle (2009) -> Castle
Manual renaiming: Castle.2009.S01E01.Pilot.mkv -> Castle.S01E01.Pilot.mkv
What I want: to not need to do the above.

And the aliases option do not work in this case.
