Episodes not appearing

I'm having this issue where a few seasons of Buffy. Seasons 0-2 went in just fine but seasons 3-7 are not being picked up. Originally i thought it might be the filename but i used a bulk rename tool to change them all to Buffy the Vampire Slayer - SxxEyy - Name.mkv however tv renamer still wasn't picking them up. So i opened the filename template editor and tried it with the folder, all working fine. So i rescanned and still nothing.

What am i missing here?

I have TVRename2.2.0a7.exe
