Automated Running

I read in a previous thread that were/are some command line options for TV Rename that will help automate the running of the program. I've tried using the command line options and cannot get them to work. Is the command line "stuff" in the latest version of TV Rename or have these features been removed? Any help would be great, I'd like to automate the renaming process as much as possible.
