Problem with Season Folders

My path looks like \TV\Episode\Season X\Show - 01x01 - Title.ext. I only create Season folders for seasons that I have. When I scan I can either ignore the missing folders once or always. If I choose "once" I have to ignore a couple hundred missing folders each scan. If choose "always" then TVRename won't pick up new episodes for a season I don't have a folder for and missing episodes won't appear. Is there a way to have it not prompt me to create folders during the scan but still show the missing episodes? Also is it possible to have it not prompt me to create folders but auto-create them when moving new shows during the scan?

In short, no.

Steve mentioned at one point he'd like to make it so there was an option to have TV Rename ignore missing folders globally with an added option to force them to be created when there's a file to put in one. But since TV Rename is mostly directed at those who use media center apps which will just ignore empty folders, it's not very high on the priority list and his time to work on TVR is pretty limited so it hasn't happened yet.
