Creating a double episode?

Hi all I am currently running TV Rename 2.2.0b5 and all I want to do is have TV Rename recognise the last two Episodes of Pillars of the Earth as S01E07 and 08 respectively kill them from my search and let me rename them (I can tweak the output later) but where do I add the damn rule, the userguide that shows the current page I can't find for the life of me and I don't know where to add it to fix the scan / rename function

I don't know how else to do it but I was able to right click the two items and "Edit Season 1" from the when the watch list.
