Mostly bugfixes this time around:
- New: option in preferences to show a picture from each episode, in the episode guide. default is off.
- Fixed: seasons sometimes aren't sorted in myshows
- Fixed: fixed an intermittant exception that would occur when background downloading was active
- Fixed: background download now works after the first download it does
- Fixed: selecting epguide from right-click in when-to-catch now chooses the correct season
