A few new features, and bug fixes. Includes contributions from from mh and fs -- thanks!

New features:
  1. Check against SABnzbd download queue (turn on the preferences checkbox in "Scan" and enter server and API key details on the "µTorrent / NZB" tab).[/*:m]
  2. "Quick Scan" button added to the Scan tab. Scans only "recent" shows, as defined in preferences. Double-clicking on scan tab does just a "Quick Scan".[/*:m]
  3. You can now edit a show, and set a custom search URL. Useful for those one or two shows that are named by date, rather than season and episode (e.g. Colbert Report, Daily Show).[/*:m]
  4. Speed up file copying/moving between devices on Windows. For me going across a network (Win 7 to FreeBSD), it has gone from about 4MB/sec to 40MB/sec.[/*:m]
  5. fs: Add export of "When to watch" as XML. Export of XML and RSS has new option to include N days past, as well as future shows. Preferences > Auto Export.[/*:m]
  6. fs: Add auto export of missing items as XML (after full scan, or folder-monitor triggered check.) Preferences > Auto Export.[/*:m]
  7. mh: More icons, and some old icons replaced with new ones.[/*:m]
  8. mh: Create pyTivo compatible meta files, either in the video file folder or in a subfolder called ".meta". Enable in Preferences > Scan Options.[/*:m]
  9. mh: Button to expand/contract all tree nodes, and show/hide tree area.[/*:m][/list:u]
    Bug fixes:
    1. Try to fix the IPC error some people get, by trying to kill off any other half-dead TVRename processes. Untested, as I don't get the problem on my PC.[/*:m]
    2. Selecting multiple shows in WTW, then right-clicking, shows a limited list of options, and does those on everything selected.. not just the first.[/*:m]
    3. Add moviedb="imdb" attribute to NFO info, for compatibility with recent versions of YamJ.[/*:m]
    4. Can now drag-drop a folder from explorer into the "search folders" list on the Preferences dialog.[/*:m]
    5. Stats now counts moves/copies/renames again.[/*:m]
    6. mh: Corrected position of the calendar on the "When to Watch" tab[/*:m][/list:u]
      Known Bugs:
      1. The bottom of the "Search Folders" tab in the preferences dialog is cut off. The buttons, left to right, are: "Add", "Remove", "Open". The checkbox is "Monitor folders for changes". I'll upload a fixed version next weekend, or sooner if any other major bugs are found.[/*:m]
      2. After installing/upgrading, and running this version for the first time, open and close the preferences dialog before trying to "Save", otherwise it will probably crash.[/*:m][/list:u]
