All Shows Show Up as Missing when I scan

As per title of thread.

I've been using this tool for a very long time and it's perfect for me needs, however I'm just curious as to why all my episodes show up as missing after they get automatically moved.

Did you ever have it working? when you say moved do you mean from the folder referred to by
>options/preferences/searchfolders

Files are moved to the location you put here.

I usualy make start folders like this with the show name then Season 1 to get tvrename started putting things away.
