Corrupt Data

Every time i use this program to manage my newly downloaded tv shows it has troubles. I have a computer i use for downloading my tv shows, a seperate server for storing them all, and my main desktop. I run TV Rename from my main desktop and it has mapped shares to the 2 other computers which i use to manage the tv shows. When i run TVRename it will copy a couple shows but then the program will lock up. Whatever it is doing it pisses off my ext4 file system enough to remount into read-only and i have to run fsck on the array to get things working right again. I don't have these troubles if i write data to the array in any other way - only when i use TVRename.

Any ideas? I really like this program it does exactly what i want it to do but it is useless with this major flaw.
