Inserting new episode into series

Hey Steve,
Mate, can you have a look at what's happening with the function to Insert a new episode into a series please?

It works fine when Inserting a new ep into the middle of a series, but doesn't seem to take notice of an episode(s) inserted at the very end of a series.

The same problem exists between 2.1.0 and 2.1.1a6

Its broken here too. I'll fix it soon.

As a workaround, insert the episode second-last, then add a "swap" rule to switch it into the correct place.
