Folder Monitor misses new folders

I think this is related to the issue I described here: viewtopic.php?f=3&t=478 . I think there's a routine somewhere that is causing things to be ignored if they are prefixed with the name of a show that's already in the DB.

I added new folders today for series that will be beginning in the next few weeks. In this instance, it was "NCIS Los Angeles". I already have an "NCIS" folder for the original show.

Folder Monitor picked up my new folder for "Stargate Universe" because I don't have another "Stargate" folder, but it simply doesn't find the "NCIS Los Angeles" folder.

I've just tried it here, and I get the same thing. I'll look into fixing it now.
