Bug in 2.2.0b1

Hi,

I ran 2.2.0b1 with the following parameters:
tvrename /scan /ignoremissing /doall /quit /hide

I had at least on episode not detected, the latest episode of supernatural. When I ran it in "normal mode" the episode was found. It was also found and renamed by running
tvrename /scan /ignoremissing /doall

Might want to check it out

I've got it doing the same here. It works fine without the /hide. I've found the problem, and will get a version with the fix uploaded in the next day or two!
