is there anyway that tvrename could find and point out episodes that i have two copies off? they usually get downloaded due to rss malfunction, it would be really great to have an easy way to find episodes that i have two copies off!

Do you mean two copies in your "media library" folders (as set for each show on the "My Shows" tab), or in the "download" folder, where finding&organising looks?
The first would be easy. The second would be less easy but not impossible

mainly in the actuall season folder.
lets say i have
Simpsons\Season 1\S01E01 Name.avi
Simpsons\Season 1\S01E01 Name.mkv
it would be really nice to have a list that would show you that there are two different episodes in that folder that match the same season episode.
i use sabnzbd to download tv shows, and sometime and old episode gets downloaded twice. I just need a way to know where those duplicates are so i can go and delete them.

That's the easy one to do, then. I'll look at putting in a "duplicate show" check, but would initially only work on duplicates in your media library.
Just extending this.
If you have 2 different formats (avi/mkv) - ask which one to keep.
If you try to do a move and the files match (by extension, size or crc), it'll prompt to delete the source (essentially moving over the top).
If it doesnt match (2 x .avi), then maybe a process that allows you to choose a version (instead of the file exists error).
