With our nzb or other downloader

That could be done as part of defining the RSS feeds. You'd specify a feed, along with the program to use for each item. You'd then define the programs and command lines for them, e.g. with uTorrent you can pass in a torrent, and the folder to download it to (if you want to override uTorrent's default).
