Make the "Missing" list a collapsible tree

Love the new version, very streamlined. I've got about 1300 missing episodes in my modest collection. That list might be a bit more manageable if I could collapse individual shows down, like on the "My Shows" page. Whaddayathink?

I only have half, but I agree, or at least allow the "group" to be collapsed and remembered which state it was left in...

Glad you like the new layout. I'll have a think about how to collapse rows, and also improve the performance when there are a lot of items in the list. Unfortunately, the tree style thing is a different type of "control", and doesn't have a lot of the features of the "listview" that I've got there at the moment. Worst case, I could have some checkboxes to "Show Missing", "Show Renaming", etc.
