Ignore Specials

I did not find any way of telling TVRename to ignore specials. I generally don't have any of them but still they display in the scan tab for new shows. I'd like to have a way of ignoring them as soon as i add the show.

Specials are noted as Season 0, so you can ignore season 0 for each show. There is currently not a global setting for this, although I think it has been requested before and may be on the list as a low priority improvement.
