Missing check for only recent seasons?

Is there a way to only do a missing check for a few seasons of a show instead of the entire series? For example, ER has been on for 15 seasons, and I don't want to do a missing check for seasons 1 through 13, but 14 and 15 are fine to do one on. I suppose I could do this by entering each season's episodes in to the Edit Season Rules and set them to Ignore, but that seems like more work than necessary if it's a lot of seasons. Perhaps being able to edit it at the Add/Edit Show level might be more useful.

I think this would be useful for long-running shows, and shows that a user already has on another source (like DVDs or on a DVR). Furthermore, being able to exclude the "Specials" season for some shows would be nice, as some of the specials I'm simply not interested in.

If you edit the show itself in "My Shows", you can add a list of numbers in "Ignore Seasons". Use 0 for specials. e.g. "0 1 2 3 4 5 6 7 8 9 10" will ignore specials, and seasons 1 through to 10. (Being able to enter a range is on my to-do list). This will exclude those seasons from Missing and Renaming checks.
