Imminent 2.0 release

It's time to get TVRename out of perpetual beta! At the moment, my "bugs" list is empty.

Have I missed any bugs that should be fixed, or need to add any features, before I tell the world about it?

I'm going on holiday (for just a week) on Friday, so that seems like a good excuse to officially release TVRename tomorrow night. I'll also have a basic user guide done by then, too.
