Mostly bug fixes and little tweaks:
- Editable list of 'ok' extensions.
- mkv added to default list of extensions.
- Larger internal buffer for copying/moving files, so it may go faster than before.
- Shows and folders: update folder count displayed in shows list when adding folders (e.g. drag+drop).
- Can drag+drop onto folder monitor's "new shows and folders" list.
- "Open folder" added to right-click in When to Watch list, Missing list, and Show list in "Shows and Folders".
- Set the maximum number of upcoming shows to export to RSS, and the maximum distance into the future to look.
- "Split" rule that will turn one episode into many.
- After editing a show (in Folders & Shows), its episode guide won't be blank and need a refresh.
- Statistics window, showing you how much you've done what, on the help menu.
- Hopefully fixed an error that would sometimes occur if you sleep->resume your PC while TVRename is running.
