How to stop TVR changing open show?

I've looked in the options, so hopefully I havent missed it, but when I have TVR open, and for instance reading episode descriptions of a show, every few minutes, it will expand the list of shows that are airing today, that I guess havent been watched.... whilst this is nice, I use other websites to tell me whats airing, and I watch at my own leisure, so this is jsut plain outright annoying.

Right now its telling me I have to watch:
24, Castle, Chuck, Heroes, House, How I Met Your Mother, The Big Bang Theory.
Which I actually have... but I have no way of telling TVR to stop opening these shows up.

Anyone know what to do to stop this action?

There's a bug (which I've hopefully fixed in the next version I'll upload), that would be triggered by the automatic update/refresh of the when-to-watch list. That'd often select one or more items, which would then trigger the episode guide to change.

I'll upload the fixed (alpha) version in the next few days.

Latest alpha seems to have solved the problem. I haven't had any of the open tabs changing randomly on me, so I'm happy
