program doesn't "remember" files

I just started using TV rename and encountered my first issue.

Here's what i've done so far.

I added a show in "my shows"
I added a Folder monitor for that show (main dir and subdirs).
I scan the show, the program gives me missing episodes.
I manually browse to point the program to the correct show/episode.
I let the program rename everything to the correct show/season/episodenr/episodename.
I click file save.

When i start the program again afterwards and scan that show again, it gives me every episode missing again. (the ones i already renamed included)

Could it have something to do with the format i keep my episodes in? (.m4v)

I don't think you have set up your shows properly.

Go to a show in the shows tab and right click - edit show.

The bottom half of this dialog box is where you put the folder for that show. You can also choose to have season folders below that (Default setting) or not. Also if you want to have two digit season numbers, so you get "Season 01" for instance. Also if you like "Series" (or another name) instead of "Season" you can customise it.

The Folder Monitor folders are where new shows go, waiting to be sorted to the folder you have specified for each show.
