Check and move TV shows in their own folder

I was wondering if this program could be configured to check my "Downloads" folder - then if it detects a show it can move it to my "TV Shows" folder and create any new folders if necessary ("TV Shows/New Show/New Season")

Any help would be gratefully appreciated.
